Simply click on the form and an interactive PDF should be displayed. Fill in the fields and click on the "Print" button, and/or fill in the fields and click on the "Email" button. If you use the "Print" button the form should go to your printer. Use the "Email" button and the form should go to your email client, addressed to the Post officers concerned. You can change the email any way you like, and then send it off. The "Reset" button will clear any fields you have filled in so you can start over.
